What is MUJI's return policy?
We accept returns of unwashed, unworn, or unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that certain items, such as innerwear and food, are final sale for hygiene reasons.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 8 business days depending on your location within the United States. Processing time at our warehouse may take an additional 1 to 2 business days.
Does MUJI USA ship internationally?
Currently, the MUJI USA online store only ships to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, or international addresses at this time.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Our system processes orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make modifications or cancellations. Please review your cart carefully before finalizing your purchase.
