Returns & Exchanges

MUJI USA accepts returns of unwashed and unworn merchandise in original packaging with tags attached within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that certain items, such as innerwear and final sale products, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a sturdy alternative, ensuring all original tags and protective packaging are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
